- Whether the fit is real. If it isn't, we'll say so plainly and save you the setup fee.
- If it is, what the first thirty days actually look like.
PF_02 — INSTRUMENT READINGS
Four numbers worth having ready
1. AVG_DEAL_SIZE
Roughly what a new client is worth to you.
2. CLOSE_RATE
Of the good conversations you already get, roughly how many close.
3. NICHE
The specific niche you serve — not the broad industry category.
4. WHAT_YOU'VE_TRIED
Referrals, past lead gen, paid ads — whatever's been the channel so far.
