What we collect
When you submit a form on this site — requesting a strategy call, or requesting removal from outreach — we collect what you enter: name, email, company, niche/industry, and any context you provide. We also collect campaign attribution parameters (UTM values, referral tags) so we can tell which channel a request came from.
Our hosting provider logs standard server data (IP address, browser type, timestamps) as a normal part of running the site.
We use GoatCounter for analytics — a privacy-friendly service that does not use cookies, does not track you across sites, and is not connected to any advertising network. It tells us page views and referrers, nothing more.
How it's used
Form submissions are used to respond to your inquiry, evaluate fit for a strategy call, and — if you've asked to be added to the outreach suppression list — to permanently exclude your email address from future campaigns. We do not use form data for any purpose beyond operating this business and its outreach campaigns.
Where it's stored
Form submissions are stored via Netlify Forms, the hosting platform's built-in form-handling service. We do not maintain a separate marketing database beyond what's needed to run and suppress campaigns.
We do not sell data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party, for any reason.
Outreach compliance
Dragnetics operates and manages cold email campaigns on behalf of its clients. Every campaign we run follows CAN-SPAM: accurate sender information, honest and non-deceptive subject lines, and a working opt-out honored promptly.
We maintain a master suppression list. Anyone who asks not to be contacted — through a campaign's opt-out link or through the unsubscribe page — is checked against every future campaign, permanently.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any information we hold about you at any time by emailing russell@dragnetics.com. We'll respond promptly.
California residents have specific rights under the CCPA, including the right to know what personal information is collected and the right to request deletion. The process is the same: email us and we'll handle it directly — no separate portal, no runaround.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll update the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected clearly on this page.
